Bobby's parole has been approved!

Due to a change in the law, Bobby became eligible to apply for parole on August 28, 2021, and had a parole hearing on November 9, 2021. While his parole has been approved, he will not be released until late 2022. There are still ways you can help Bobby as his struggle is not yet over.

Write to Governor Parson

Even though Bobby has been granted parole, without a pardon he will be subject to heavy parole conditions for the rest of his life due to his 241 year sentence. You can ask for Bobby to receive a pardon by contacting Missouri Governor Mike Parson. You can write to his office or call/fax. Those inside the US can also email the Governor directly via this link. Select 'Clemency/Pardon' as your reason for contact if writing online.

Write to Bobby

Bobby loves pen pals and letters of support. You can write to him by snail mail. Prisons have very restrictive rules about mail, so please only send loose leaf paper or photos. Things like magazines or extra stamps will be rejected. Paper and photos must be send in separate envelopes, and inmates are not allowed to receive pictures of themselves, including from newspaper clippings or articles printed from the internet.
